We ship via USPS 1-3 days after receiving an order. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays. The buyer will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
Custom-Made Grillz Shipping
- Please note that custom-made grillz require a mold kit to be sent back to us so that we can make a custom made grill. Your order will be covered with free shipping of the mold kit to your location as well as the delivery of the final crafted grillz. Each customer is required to ship back the mold kit at their own cost. You can purchase a return label from USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please note that USPS could be the cheapest option. A first class label could start around $3 at USPS.

The buyer must provide a valid shipping address. Packages that are returned back to us due to an invalid address can be reshipped at customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.
